Where did the name, The Lollipop Tree, come from?
In 1981 while participating in a holiday crafts fair in Rye, New Hampshire, a friend suggested to Laurie that she call her business The Lollipop Tree because she was making tree ornaments that resembled lollipops. And the name stuck!

Laurie Lynch works with local aspiring female artists who paint our beautiful watercolors.

Do you make all your own products?
Yes! All of our products are made in our Portsmouth, New Hampshire factory kitchen using only the finest, most flavorful, all natural ingredients.
Where can I find the nutritional information for your products?

How can I tell if my product has expired?
The Lollipop Tree uses a "Best Used By" date code on their dry mixes. All jarred products have a small sticker on the bottom with a 6-digit Julian date code.
EXAMPLE: A14607. The first letter is for internal use and identifies manufacturing information. The next three numbers represent the day of the year (146=146th=May 26). The next two numbers represent the year (07=2007).
What is the shelf life on your products?
The recommended shelf life for our products is as follows:
Baking Mixes - 18 months
Pepper Jellies, Jams and Fruit Syrups - 18 months
Grilling & Glazing Sauces, Dessert Sauces - 12 months
Are any of your products sugar-free?
Sorry! At this time, all of our products contain sugar.
Do you have gluten-free products?
Yes, our Pepper Jellies, Jams, Dessert Sauces, Syrups and Grilling & Glazing Sauces are gluten free.
Are your products trans fat free?
Yes, all of our products are trans fat free.
Do your products contain nuts?

Do I need to adjust the temperature for high-altitude baking?
A general rule of thumb is to decrease the baking temperature by 25 degrees at altitudes above 3,500 feet.
What can I substitute for eggs in your baking mixes?
Egg beaters can be substituted for eggs in all our mixes.
Can I use a bread machine to make your dessert bread mixes?
You do not need to use a bread machine for our dessert bread mixes. Our dessert bread mixes bake in a conventional oven in less than an hour. We do not recommend using a bread machine for our dessert bread mixes.
What do I do when my jar of refrigerated pepper jelly has crystallized?
All our pepper jellies and jams are made with pure cane sugar. If you find crystals in your refrigerated pepper jelly or jam, remove jar lid and slowly heat in a microwave or on the stove in a saucepan of water. This will dissolve the crystals.

Who do you use for a shipping carrier?
The Lollipop Tree ships all of our packages via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. If you are having a package delivered to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our customer service at 800.842.6691 or email customerservice@lollipoptree.com for the shipping charge.
Do you ship to U.S. Territories?
Currently UPS Ground delivers only to Puerto Rico. If you would like a package delivered to Puerto Rico, please contact our customer service at 800.842.6691 or email customerservice@lollipoptree.com for the shipping charge.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. Please call our customer service at 800.842.6691 or email customerservice@lollipoptree.com for the shipping charge.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Sorry! We can not ship to PO Boxes. UPS requires a numerical street address for all deliveries.
Can I specify the exact arrival date?
Yes! Our website will ask you for the day you want your package delivered. The Lollipop Tree will ensure that your package arrives by your chosen date.

How do I know if my on-line order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. Please review your confirmation and let us know if any changes need to be made.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please call us at 800.842.6691 between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST and someone in customer service will gladly help you.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You may place an order as early as you wish. We gladly accept orders when it is most convenient for you.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you may designate multiple addresses for recipients when placing an order on our website.
Is my credit card information secure?
At The Lollipop Tree we ensure you, our customer, that we will do our best to protect your privacy. Such personal information as your name, address, email address and credit card information will be dealt with in the most secure fashion by our trustworthy customer service staff.
How are your delivery charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the total merchandise cost to each delivery address using our Standard Shipping Rate chart below for the 48 contiguous states. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, call 800.842.6691 or email customerservice@lollipoptree.com for the shipping charge. For all orders to Canada, please call 800.842.6691 or email customerservice@lollipoptree.com for the United Parcel Service Standard shipping charge. For expedited shipping, Next Day Air and Three Day Select will be calculated by weight and zone.
