Directions:
Preheat oven 350°F. Lightly grease a 10x15-inch baking pan. Empty contents of package into a mixing bowl. Using a pastry cutter or a fork, cut cold butter into mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with a few pea-sized pieces. Add ¾ cup milk. Mix until dough just comes together, about 1 minute. Pat dough evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle dough with 2 tablespoons sugar. Remove pits and slice peaches and plums into ½-inch slices. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Let kuchen cool for 15 minutes. Drizzle with glaze. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream. Serves 12.
Glaze: In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter and 1½ tablespoons milk. Mix until smooth.
