Preheat oven 400°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cayenne. Cut in butter and mix until crumbly. Add Pumpkin Butter and milk. Stir until incorporated. Place dough on a floured surface and knead 10 times. Pat dough to ¾-inch thickness. Cut with a 2 ½-inch round cookie cutter. Place biscuits on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 biscuits.
