Baked Pepper Jelly Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1  jar LollipopTree® Roasted Garlic Black Olive Pepper Jelly (11oz)
  • 6  ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/3  cup plus 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • ¾  shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 5  ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2  tablespoons chopped, black olives
  • 3  slices crisp, cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼  cup  bread crumbs
  • 1  tablespoon  unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Black Olive Pepper Jelly. Add spinach, olives and bacon and pulse until just blended. Pour mixture into a small baking dish. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and melted butter together. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle topping over spinach mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with sliced baguettes. Serves 4-6.
