Blueberry Sour Cream Corn Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 1  bag LollipopTree® All Natural Cornbread Mix
  • 1/3  cup  sugar
  • 1/2  teaspoon  cinnamon
  • 1/2  teaspoon  nutmeg
  •   Pinch of salt
  • 1/2  cup  unsalted butter, melted
  • 2  eggs
  • 1  cup  sour cream
  • 1½  cups blueberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12 muffin cups. Empty contents of package into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, butter, eggs and sour cream. Stir until incorporated. Gently add blueberries. Divide evenly in prepared muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Test with a toothpick. Serve warm with butter. Makes 12 muffins.
