Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, add Brownie Mix with Belgian Chocolate, flour and almonds. Stir until blended. Add eggs and butter. Knead until incorporated. Form dough into two 3x8 inch logs and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Logs should be slightly soft in center. Allow to cool completely. With serrated knife, cut logs into ½ inch slices, slicing on the diagonal. Arrange slices on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Gently turn each biscotti over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely. Biscotti will crisp as they cool. Makes 32 biscotti.
