Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, add Blondie Mix with Belgian Chocolate, orange zest and walnuts. Stir until blended. Add egg and butter. Knead until incorporated. Form dough into a 12 inch log and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Log should be slightly soft in center. Allow to cool completely. With serrated knife, cut log into ½ inch slices, slicing on the diagonal. Arrange slices on parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Gently turn each biscotti over and bake for an additional 7 minutes. Cool completely. Biscotti will crisp as they cool. Makes 24 biscotti.
