PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE — March 14, 2008 — The Lollipop Tree, a specialty food manufacturer located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is eager to announce the addition of three new flavors to its line of Jams—Apricot, Raspberry and Meyer Lemon Marmalade. The entire line of LollipopTree® Jams is now made with ORGANIC ingredients and has been beautifully repackaged!
Apricot Jam – Our Apricot Jam, prepared with the golden jewels of summer and spiked with a splash of triple sec, shines brilliantly when served with our Apricot Cranberry Scones or our Traditional Cream Scones.
Raspberry Jam – From bramble to jar, our Raspberry Jam is the sweet taste of summertime! Delicious served with our Raspberry White Chocolate Scones, popovers and hot biscuits or as a complement to bread pudding and poached fruit.
Meyer Lemon Marmalade – You will stand up and cheer when you savor the jazzy taste of our Meyer Lemon Marmalade. Performs magnificently with our Lemon Poppy Seed Scones or as a glaze for roasted chicken.

Our Pepper Jellies, Dessert Sauces, Grilling & Glazing Sauces, Jams and Syrups will also contain organic ingredients.
Our belief is that organically produced foods are better for you. Organic farmers work in harmony with nature and by doing so will provide a more sustainable future for generations to come.
Although we would love to make all of our products 100% organic, it is not possible at this time. Due to the limited amount of organic farming, not all ingredients are readily available organic and in some cases, organically grown alternatives are not economically feasible. We do believe our customers deserve the best. Therefore, The Lollipop Tree is committed to using organic ingredients where reasonable organic alternatives are available.
