Most mixes I bake rate just above average BUT this lemon bread mix was a 9 plus on the delicious scale!

I've made homemade lemon bread, but this lemon bread with crystallized lemon peel is the best I've ever eaten. It is substantial and filling, not fluffy like cake, and it is chock full of bits of lemon, which adds interesting texture and wonderful flavor. I iced it with lemon icing and served it like cake. I found this mix at TJ Maxx, but I will definitely buy more straight from the website now that I've found you!

Very easy a child could make this wonderful Lemon Bread. This was the first time I tried it. I found Lollipop Tree Bread at Marshalls for a very reasonable price. Going back for more hope there is some left.

I bought the Lemon Bread w/Crystallized Lemon Peel and my husband absolutely loved it. Went on the website to order, unfortunately the shipping & handling was almost as much as the mix itself. So I will just have to try and find your products in our area.

Bought this at Marshall's. Added dried blueberries and glazed with lemoncello and powdered sugar glaze while hot and re-glazed after cooling. Also made with dried strawberries and same glaze. Absolutely grand! Very fresh lemon taste. Excellent for high tea.
